Why is it necessary to treat my lawn?
Your lawn is a living organism and needs to get enough good food & nutrients, just like us, to stay healthy and to grow.
If it gets sick, it also needs a doctor that can administer the right medicine - weed, insect & disease control in this case to get well again.
My lawn seem to be beyond saving and I don’t want to waste any more money on it. Shouldn’t I replace it rather.
Very few lawns are beyond saving and a treatment will cost much less than a new lawn, so our recommendation would be to give it a try first.
The treatment includes everything your lawn needs to boost the health and growth, so you’ll be able to see fairly quickly whether the lawn is responding well or not.
When is a good time to start with the treatments?
Our treatments are specifically tailored for each season of the year, meaning that you can start at any time. There is no ideal time to start.
The sooner you get going, the sooner you’ll see the results.
How soon will I notice a difference?
The period varies from lawn to lawn as each one is different, but we usually see a definite improvement within the first week or two already.
During that time it is however very important to water and mow it correctly as well. We’ll gladly provide advice in this regard.
Is it safe for my children and pets?
Yes. Our products are completely safe for humans and pets, but as an extra safety measure, we usually request that you keep them off the lawn for about an hour after treatment.
Will I still have to treat the lawn with my own products as well?
No. While we’re treating your lawn, we ask that no other products be used on your lawn as the wrong products, or even the incorrect use of the correct products, can have dire consequences for your lawn. All you’ll have to do is water and mow .
Do I have to be at home when the treatment is being done?
No. Our vehicles and operatives are self sufficient and we can carry out the treatment as long as we have access to your lawn. We are a small team with trustworthy employees and can therefore ensure your safety and the security of your property.
Do you mow lawns as well?
No, but we do just about everything else as far as lawns are concerned. Please have a look at our Services page for more information. We will however gladly advise you on the correct mowing and watering practices to ensure a healthy looking lawn all year round.
Why can’t my garden service treat my lawn for weeds etc.?
We have found that garden services aren’t always that knowledgable when it comes to the correct use of products on lawns, which means that they often make matters worse.
Do I have to have another treatment done after the first one?
There is absolutely no obligation with any of our treatment packages to repeat, unless you’re happy with our service and would like another treatment. We pride ourselves on getting great result though and on being able to treat your lawn for less than you can do it yourself. As a client you also have the added benefit of having trained professionals on your lawn regularly to assess and treat it with the correct products.
